When Kaela came to us she was drowning in the never-ending list of to-do's that go into marketing a business and leading an effective team. She desperately needed to focus on what she did best. Her goal was to make Care First the most trusted healthcare provider in the area. And she knew she needed to focus on two things: her patient experience and her brand, which needed to be tightened up while still maintaining the personal touch of a local clinician.


Suade took the reins and connected all of Care First's marketing elements under one team, with a primary goal and strategy set. We got started with a Marketing Plan that included seasonal campaigns to promote events and services, a collaborative model to boost social media engagement, and targeted search engine advertising (Google ads). 

The website got a facelift. Social media posts were branded. A new-patient onboarding process was even put into play. We've also launched new programs and worked on other fun projects like designing and self-publishing a community-based cookbook!


We got to work in December of 2019. Immediately, we saw big improvements in Care First's social engagement and organic reach rates. And their Google ads started competing with and surpassing heavy-hitters in the area.


Then Covid happened. At first, we saw a big dip. It was scary but we held the faith and Suade got ready for what we were sure was lying ahead – a lot of change management. 

Our number one priority became effectively communicating with the public while navigating an ever-evolving situation. 

The dust has since settled, but their growth has not. Since Care First started working with Suade, they've seen 50% year-over-year growth rates.
